Terms of Service — Letter To The Healer

Welcome to lettertothehealer.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and the purchase of our monthly subscriptions and products. By accessing the Site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Letter To The Healer provides:

- The Seal Subscription: A recurring monthly mailing of physical "snail mail" kits (letters, art, and activities).

- On-Demand Products: Physical art products fulfilled via third-party providers (e.g., Printify).

- Digital Content: Wellness communications and website resources.

2. Subscription & Recurring Billing

By purchasing a Seal Subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your anniversary billing date.

- Authorization: You authorize Letter To The Healer (via Shopify Payments) to charge your stored payment method the monthly rate until you cancel.

- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified via email at least 30 days prior to any price change taking effect.

3. Cancellation & Cut-off Dates

- Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your Customer Account Portal.

- The 48-Hour Rule: To avoid being charged for the next month’s kit, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.

- Refunds on Renewals: Cancellations apply to future billing cycles. We do not offer mid-month refunds for kits that have already been processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Un-tracked Mail: You acknowledge that monthly subscription kits are sent via Standard USPS Letter Mail to keep costs affordable. These do not include tracking numbers.

- Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. Changes must be made in your account portal before your monthly billing date.

- Carrier Responsibility: Letter To The Healer is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by USPS, extreme weather, or incorrect address entry.

5. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All artwork, written letters, and tactile designs are the sole property of Letter To The Healer.

- Personal Use Only: Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use.

- Prohibited Acts: You may not scan, digitize, or reproduce our artwork or letters for resale or public distribution without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letter To The Healer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or your receipt (or non-receipt) of physical mailings. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent monthly subscription kit.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
