Subscription Terms — Letter To The Healer

By subscribing to Letter To The Healer, you agree to the following terms regarding your monthly wellness kit. Please read these carefully, as they govern your recurring billing and delivery schedule.

1. Recurring Billing & Authorization

- Monthly Subscription: By signing up, you authorize Letter To The Healer (via Shopify Payments and Seal Subscriptions) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your anniversary billing date until you choose to pause or cancel.

2. The "15th of the Month" Cutoff

To ensure we have enough handcrafted materials for every healer, we utilize a strict monthly cutoff:

- Subscribe by the 15th: You will receive the current month’s mailing (shipped in the first week of the month).

- Subscribe after the 15th: Your subscription officially begins with the following month's mailing.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancel Anytime: You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Account Portal.

- Future Cycles: Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date.

4. No-Refund Policy

Because our envelopes are produced in small, handcrafted batches based on our active subscriber count:

- Processed Payments: Once a monthly payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

- Final Sale: We do not offer refunds or "buy-backs" for kits that have already been prepared or shipped.

5. Shipping & Address Responsibility

- Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to maintain an accurate mailing address in your portal.

- Deadlines: Address changes must be completed before your next renewal date to ensure your "Snail Mail" reaches its intended destination. We are not responsible for kits sent to an old address if it was not updated in time.
