Refund Policy — Letter To The Healer

Thank you for supporting Letter To The Healer. We curate monthly, handcrafted "Snail Mail" experiences designed to uplift healthcare professionals. Because our kits are produced in limited monthly batches based on our subscriber count, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
1. Monthly Subscription Kits
- All Sales Final: Once a subscription billing cycle has been processed, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on monthly kits that have already been billed or shipped.
- Cancellation Logic: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
- Pre-paid Subscriptions: If you have purchased a multi-month bundle (e.g., 3 or 6 months), we do not offer pro-rated refunds for remaining months if you choose to cancel early.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Printify Products)
Items sold through our Art Shop (fulfilled via Printify) are printed on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." However, we will provide a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives physically damaged.
- The print quality is defective.
- You received the incorrect item.
- Action Required: Please email support@lettertothehealer.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3. Missing or Lost "Snail Mail"
We rely on the USPS to deliver our letters via standard postage to keep your subscription affordable.
- The Monthly Window: All subscription kits are mailed during the first week of each month.
- The 25th of the Month Rule: Because standard letter mail can vary, we ask that you wait until the 25th of the month for your envelope to arrive.
- Resolution: If your kit has not arrived by the 25th, please email us at support@lettertothehealer.com. We will gladly resend your monthly kit one time at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for missing letter mail; our policy is to fulfill the experience with a replacement mailing.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Monthly subscription mailings (Letters, Art, Stickers, Delight).
- Digital downloads or wellness resources.
- Personalized or custom-commissioned artwork.
- Gift cards.
