Shipping Policy — Letter To The Healer

At Letter To The Healer, we utilize a unique shipping model to keep our wellness kits accessible and affordable for healthcare professionals. Please review our shipping schedules below:

1. Monthly Subscription "Snail Mail"

- Batch Shipping: We ship all subscription kits in a single monthly batch during the first week of each month.

- The 15th Cutoff Rule: To receive the current month’s mailing, you must subscribe by the 15th of that month.

- Late Subscriptions: If you join after the 15th, your first "Letter To The Healer" will ship in the first week of the following month.

- Tracking: Tracking numbers are not provided for subscription mailings. Your kit will arrive in your regular daily mail delivery (usually USPS).

2. Printify Art Shop (On-Demand Products)

Items from our Art Shop (posters, journals, and apparel) are fulfilled by our partner, Printify.

- Processing: These items are printed on demand and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

- Tracking: Unlike our subscription letters, these items do include tracking, which will be emailed to you as soon as the item ships.

- Delivery: U.S. orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days after the order is placed.

3. Address Accuracy & Updates

- Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate mailing address. We are not responsible for kits lost due to incorrect address entry.

- Subscription Changes: Address updates must be made in your Customer Portal by the last day of the previous month to ensure your next kit reaches your new location.

4. Lost or Missing Mail

- The "25th of the Month" Rule: Because USPS delivery times can vary, we ask that you wait until the 25th of the month for your subscription kit to arrive.

- Resolution: If your letter has not arrived by the 25th, please email us at support@lettertothehealer.com. We will resend your monthly kit one time at no additional cost.

- Printify Items: If a tracked Art Shop item is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
