Q: When does my first letter arrive?  
A: We send letters once per month. Subscriptions placed by the 15th are included in the upcoming mailing, which is sent during the first week of the following month. Subscriptions placed after the 15th are included in the next cycle.

Q: Who is this subscription for?  
A: Nurses, CNAs, techs, therapists and all healthcare professionals.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?  
A: Yes. You can cancel easily through your account portal.

Q: What if my letter doesn’t arrive?  
A: Email support@lettertothehealer.com and we will resend it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?  
A: At this time, we ship within the U.S.

Q: What's included each month?  
A: Each mailing includes a heartfelt letter, an art postcard, a sticker sheet and one rotating monthly delight such as a reflection activity, journal page or bookmark. Contents may vary based on your subscription tier.

Q: Will I receive the same items every month?
A: While every kit contains our signature four elements (Letter, Art, Stickers, Delight), no two months are ever the same. We curate a new journey each month so your collection of art and inspiration continues to grow. Contents may vary based on your subscription tier.
